Die neue Version löst das Problem des automatischen Verbindungsbruchs mit dem Service CodeTwo Sent Items Update durch EWS.

Fix:

Der Support für mehrere Datenbanken hat sich verbessert. Der Installationsassistent brach die Installation bei mehreren Datenbanken auf einem MS Exchange ab.

Fix:

Der Update des Ordners „Gesendete Objekte“ fand nicht statt sobald Mails von einem externen Programm versandt wurden. Dies geschah aufgrund von fehlenden TNEF Parts.

Fix:

Die Abfolge bei der Updateinstallation der Gesendeten Objekte wurde geändert. Jetzt wird das Update erst nach dem die Installation komplett ist aktiviert.

Fix:

Abfolge für das Abrufen von Exchange Web Service Adressen unter den Gesendeten Objekten wurde geändert. Falls die Verbindung zum Autodiscover Service fehlschlägt wird eine lokale Adresse des Exchange Web Service benutzt.

Fix:

Messages that were resent by users from the Sent Items folder and that contained attachments were delivered without attachments.

Fix:

Messages were duplicated in the Sent Items folder if the user used the Resend option on a message.

The extra text added to disclaimers in the trial version reappeared after upgrading from 2.0.2 and later versions.

A new feature has been added. It enables users to view signatures/disclaimers in email when it is moved to Sent Items.

During the installation, the program may warn that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service stopping timed out and the installation coudl not complete. In the current version the user can choose to extend the time for the service to stop and continue installing the application.

New installer for a desktop installation. It is possible to install the program on a desktop without Exchange. This is useful for customers who want non-admin users without access to Exchange to prepare the settings and footer templates to be later copied to the server.

It is possible now to add custom Active Directory fields used by the program. The file containing custom variables named SchemaExtension.txt must be placed in the installation directory of the application. The newly added variables are available in the signature editor after restarting the server.

The operations on Active Directory groups have been optimized. In the current version the information on the users' membership to Active Directory groups are collected in cache.

Fixed:

The footer was inserted for all members of an Active Directory group despite the fact that the group was added to the exceptions to the rule. The error occurred if the message sender address matched the address of a contact in Active Directory. The error has been removed in the current version.

Fixed:

The coding of HTML entities has been changed to decimal. This eliminates the problem of incorrect displaying of national characters in some mail clients, e.g. Lotus, Entourage. The default coding format can be changed to hexadecimal by changing the value of 'HexHtmlEntities' in the system registry.

In limited instances there was an error with logs growing uncontrollably large. The current version removes this bug.

The program did not find a footer in the message if Outlook changed the space sign to " ", which made footer add to the message multiple times.

The program generated an error in the system log if a message did not include a recipient. In the current version, the error is logged in internal program's log files instead of the system log.

The application counted licenses incorrectly if the received message had been sent by a sender defined in Exchange as a Contact object.
