Wie funktioniert's?
Mit dem Programm kann der Administrator Regeln so definieren, dass die Benutzer den E-Mail-Disclaimer nicht ändern können.
E-Mails können verschiedene absender- und empfängerspezifische Disclaimer und Signaturen enthalten.
Absender- und Empfängerbereiche für jede Regel kann man nach ganzen oder teilweisen SMTP-Adressen bestimmen, aber auch nach Containern, Benutzergruppen oder Attributen in Active Directory. Die Disclaimer können je nach der gebildeten Regel entweder direkt unter den Antworttext oder aber ans Ende der ganzen E-Mail eingefügt werden.
Man kann definieren, ob der Disclaimer im Laufe eines jeweiligen E-Mail-Verkehrs mehrmals oder nur einmal eingefügt werden soll. Man kann Phrasen definieren, mit denen der Benutzer das Disclaimer-Einfügen ein- oder ausschaltet. Eine E-Mail kann je nach Einstellungen einen oder mehrere Disclaimer enthalten.
Signaturen können personenbezogene Daten aus Active Directory enthalten wie: Vorname, Name, Firma, Niederlassung, Telefon-Nummern, E-Mail-Adressen, u.ä. Im CodeTwo Exchange Rules ist ein Disclaimer-Editor integriert, mit dem man simpel einen schönen Disclaimer mit Platzhaltern aus Active Directory, HTML-Formatierungselementen, Bildern, Tabellen u.ä. erstellen kann.
