After researching it's competitors, I found that Code Two was the way to go. Code Two has so much confidence in Exchange Rules 2010 that they even give it away! Rightly so, the program is very light, easy to install, configure and works very well with Microsoft Exchange. I use this program to include a disclaimer for all emails sent out by the company. More importantly I use it to promote the various trade shows and industry dinners our company attends on a regular basis.
